Horsepower Magazine is published seasonally:
Summer Issue: Released December 1st
Autumn Issue: Released March 1st
Winter Issue: Released June 1st
Spring Issue: Released September 1st

We currently print and distribute 10,000 copies of the magazine nationwide, and you can find Horsepower Magazine at all good newsagencies.

The Horsepower Team is made up of a couple of hard working people, and fifteen cheeky, freeloading horses. Profiles of the Horsepower Horses will be added soon!

Horsepower Magazine began in 2003. It was written on the home computer due to a total lack of interest in the Australian horse magazine market at the time. The first issue wasn't written with the intention of printing and distributing 10,000 copies - but that's how it's happened, and Horsepower continues to grow and improve with each issue.

Horsepower Magazine is dedicated to providing readers with a lot of information in each issue, in a very easy to understand way. We love including articles on all aspects of horse care and riding - as well as a lot of entertaining features and competitions. Issues of Horsepower Magazine are also available on CD in electronic format, so subscribers can choose to receive either a magazine or CD subscription - both are very popular!

Horsepower Magazine regularly attends events and shows - such as Equitana and in 2008, we are attending the Royal Melbourne Horse Show. Details of our upcoming events and news can be seen on the Horsepower 'Home' page, so if you're able to make it to an event - come and see us and say hi!

Here at Horsepower Magazine, we also retail Breyer and Schleich model horses, and run a model horse club - the Blue Ribbon Club - for model horse collectors of all ages.
